Member of the Board of Directors of the Aleppo Chamber of Industry, Osama Khoja, discussed with Mrs. Lina Ramah, representative of the International Labor Organization in Syria, today, to enhance cooperation and future coordination in the fields of apprenticeships, qualification and training.
Khoja pointed to the special attention given by the Aleppo Chamber of Industry to the qualification and training process and to the programs it launched, including the summer practical training program, the apprenticeship and the small industrial, as well as the continuous training courses aimed at securing qualified and trained workers
For her part, the representative of the International Labor Organization noted the positive results achieved through the youth training program recently implemented in cooperation with the Chambers of Industry, which contributed to the training of 100 adolescents, of whom 25 were from Aleppo. And conducting the necessary awareness for them.
During the meeting, which was attended by the coordinator of the specialized committees and the head of the labor affairs unit in the Damascus Chamber of Industry and its countryside, Abi Roshan, a number of ideas and proposals were discussed to enhance cooperation between the two sides during the coming period.
